Ng from Hong Kong Baptist University, as well as the leadership of Qufu Normal University.
Over 150 experts, scholars, PhD candidates, and graduate students from more than 60 domestic and international institutions participated in the conference, including Tsinghua University, Fudan University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Beihang University, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong Baptist University, University of Macau, Macau University of Science and Technology, National Research University Higher School of Economics (Russia), and North-Eastern Federal University (Russia).
Conference Themes and Achievements
The conference featured in-depth discussions on theoretical innovations and engineering applications of quaternion matrix computations, with significant advancements showcased in areas including color image processing (quaternion regularization models for image deblurring, quaternion matrix equation encryption), signal processing (hypercomplex analytic signal framework construction), UAV formation control (dual quaternion graph models), and industrial fault diagnosis (bearing fault detection using quaternion singular value decomposition).
The conference presented a series of innovative mathematical models (such as dual quaternion directed graph theoretical frameworks, cross-space total variation regularization models) and efficient algorithms (including Riemannian alternating direction multiplier methods, complex embedding feature solvers). These contributions not only deepened the quaternion theoretical system but also provided breakthrough solutions for engineering technical challenges in related fields.
Opening Ceremony and Distinguished Speeches
The opening ceremony was honored by the presence of leaders from Qufu Normal University, who delivered warm welcome speeches to all attending experts and scholars.
